We answer the most common questions about how we work, the services we offer, and how we can help you organize your event clearly and hassle-free.
What kind of events do you organize?
We organize corporate and institutional events in various formats: conferences, conventions, corporate meetings, trade shows, product launches, client events, and other communication and branding projects.
Do you only work in Madrid?
No. Although we are based in Madrid, we organize events throughout Spain and internationally, in both in-person and hybrid formats.
Do you organize in-person and hybrid events?
Yes. We work across in-person, hybrid, and digital formats when it makes sense. Not everything requires a platform, but when it does, it needs to be carefully planned.
What does event management include?
We can handle end-to-end event management: conceptualization, planning, production, coordination, and execution. From the initial idea to the final wrap-up, including on-site coordination, vendor management, and general supervision. If you do not require full management, we can also deliver specific services independently.
Organizing an event involves making many decisions: format, objective, budget, or communication. That is why it is natural to have questions. Here we answer the most common ones about how we work at ATTENTIVE and how we approach every project.
Every event is different, but one thing remains constant: the need for everything to be flawlessly organized. From corporate events to conferences or more complex projects, we adapt every phase to match exactly what you need.
Do you also manage event communication?
Yes. We can also handle the communication side: invitations, press, media relations, content, and digital outreach. If the event requires visibility, we integrate it into the project strategy from the very beginning.
Do you offer technical secretariat services?
Yes. We provide technical secretariat services for conferences, seminars, and events that require an ongoing structure: registrations, attendees, speakers, coordination, and follow-up. This service is increasingly requested by associations, institutions, and organizations looking for reliable, long-term support in their event management.
Do you manage the operational and legal aspects of the event?
Yes. In addition to production and coordination, we can handle the operational aspects of the event: on-site coordination, access management, vendor relations, public liability insurance, and permits, depending on the specific needs of each project.
Do you work with your own vendors?
We work with a network of specialized partners and vendors that we onboard based on the nature of each project. This allows us to optimize resources, avoid over-scaling, and assemble the ideal team for what is actually required.
Can you work with a fixed budget?
Yes, and in fact, it helps a lot. Having an estimated budget from the start allows us to better tailor the proposal and avoid great ideas that are impossible to produce later. When there is no clear benchmark, we usually need to outline the scope first.
What do you need to prepare a proposal?
To prepare a proposal, we need an event briefing that is as complete as possible: type of event, estimated date, city, number of attendees, objectives, requirements, and an estimated budget. You do not need to have everything set in stone, but a clear foundation is essential to build a realistic and well-focused proposal.
What if we do not have everything defined yet?
This is quite common. We can help you organize the idea, define the format, and ground the project before putting together a full proposal. We will also tell you honestly if we can help, if we are not the right agency for that specific project, or if it should be approached differently.
What kind of projects do you not handle?
We do not work on private or social events, such as weddings or family celebrations, nor on large entertainment productions like festivals or concerts. We focus strictly on corporate and institutional events within the MICE industry, where we bring proven experience in management, coordination, and production.
If you are planning an event and are not sure where to start, that is completely normal. We can help you define, organize, and coordinate it, whether it is the entire project or just a specific part of the process.
Do you have an event in mind?
If you haven’t found what you were looking for, tell us what you need and we will help you shape it.
